5. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on the destination country.
6. How should I care for my candle?
For the best experience:
Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn.
Let the wax melt evenly across the surface during the first burn.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
8. What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the product. We will be happy to help with a replacement or refund.
